LORELAI: Forever. Godot was just here. He said, “I ain’t waiting for Richard,” grabbed a roll and left. It’s been forever!
Waiting for Godot is a famous play by Samuel Beckett. The title of the play is very self-explanatory, the characters in the play wait for Godot the entire play. The catch is, he never arrives.
