Episode 113

Lorelai has offered to run the charity clothing drive. She eyes a cool rhinestone-studded sweatshirt amongst the crap Luke donated. But when she shows up in Luke’s wearing it, Luke freaks out. It seems the sweatshirt was owned by Rachel, Luke’s former love.

Sookie has gotten ahold of 4 great tickets to see The Bangles in New York City. She and Lorelai want to take Rory and Lane, but Mrs. Kim won’t let Lane go. Meanwhile, Rory is assigned a class project with Paris, Madeline, and Louise. They all decide to meet at Rory’s house to work on the project. Ironically, Madeline and Louise seem to be hitting it off with Rory. So Lorelai suggests the four of them use the 4 tickets to see The Bengals. (Lorelai and Sookie can get cheaper tickets.) So they do. Partway through the concert, though, Madeline and Louise decide to follow some college boys to a party. And when Lorelai finds out…
