okay so i know it isn’t exactly a pop culture reference, but but me and my friends use it all the time! we all start laughing and no one knows why. Then we start laughing at their faces, so this is a good gilmore moment!

Heel Height: Wedding shoes come in a number of different heel heights ranging from the very sensible flat heel, to a very tall heel of 12 cm. Depending on what you are used to, and what you are comfortable in on a day to day basis, there are usually a range of heights available in wedding shoe stores. The ideal height of a wedding shoe ranges between 6 cm to 9 cm. This height range is perfect because it provides the bride with enough height to assist their posture, whilst not straining their feet or causing any severe discomfort. Toe Style: Bridal shoes come in a number of toe styles including round closed toe shoes, round open toe shoes, and pointed closed toe shoes. The toe style suitable for a particular bride depends on the season of the wedding, the style of the dress, and the bride’s personal preference. Bridal Shoe Colour: The colour of a bridal shoe is important, however, the shoe colour does not have to be exactly the same as the colour of the dress. It is important the colour suits the dress and is not a significantly darker shade of ivory or champagne, however it is very difficult to find a perfect match. In recent times many brides have discovered that a contrasting colour such as pink champagne wedding shoes can work very well with a light ivory dress. Wedding shoes are a difficult element of wedding preparation. It is important to not only focus on the colour, design and look of the shoe, but to be sure that the shoes are comfortable and wearable!!
