TAYLOR: The bottom line is that too many birds are landing atop the street lights and relieving themselves on helpless passersby. And I dare say that some of these birds seem to be doing it on purpose.
BABETTE: You get dumped on, Taylor?
TAYLOR: It’s not just me…
LUKE: Hey, if anybody has a picture of Taylor getting dumped on, I’ll pay top dollar.
KIRK: I’ll check the internet.
During a town meeting, Taylor Doose proposes to put metal spikes on every lamppost and windowsill so birds will not be “relieving themselves” on helpless passers-by. Luke then exclaims that this proposition only benefits Taylor himself and that Taylor has been a victim of the birds “droppings.” In response to this classic Gilmore-ism, Kirk then pipes (as usual), “I’ll check the Internet!”
