BABETTE: You said, “Cart, kiosk, cart, kiosk.”
LORELAI: It’s repetitive.
RORY: And redundant.
LORELAI: It’s repetitive.
RORY: And redundant.
LORELAI: We certainly are entertaining, Mac.
RORY: Indubitably, Tosh.
During a town meeting in which Taylor was complaining about the fresh market, claiming that it did not fit the standards laid out in the “Cart, Kiosk, Cart/Kiosk” law.
Mac and Tosh (The “Goofy Gophers”) are two animated Gophers which appeared in several episodes of Looney Tunes and Merry Melodies. The Gophers practiced ridiculously sophisticated manners and speech which prevented them from getting anything done, and were often heard saying things such as “Indubitably!” “You first, my dear,” and “But, no, no, no. It must be you who goes first!”
